Action RPG ‘ANNO: Mutationem’ Teases Playable Demo Launching Next Week

ThinkingStars announced that their action RPG ANNO: Mutationem will receive a playable demo next week ahead of the game’s planned launch on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The developer did not confirm where the demo will be available either, but we’ll be sure to keep an eye out for any information shared.

What’s not confirmed at this time is if the game will still be releasing the year or if the studio plans to delay the title into 2021. It should be noted that even launching their demo next week puts them up against Cyberpunk 2077, which is many gamer’s most anticipated title of this year.

ANNO: Mutationem is developed by a small group of indie developers from China who set out to create a cyberpunk action game using pixel art style graphics. ANNO: Mutationem aims to bring a sense of exploration and wonder to players as they play through the story.

The game features both side-scrolling and third-person gameplay portions as well as a responsive battle system. Furthermore, players will need to interact with other characters in the bustling cyberpunk city to solve puzzles and figure out ways to progress the story.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated on the development and release of ANNO: Mutationem.
