Mech Action Game ‘Wing of Darkness’ Delayed Until June to Improve Quality

Clouded Leopard Entertainment and Production Exabilities announced that their mech action game Wing of Darkness will be delayed on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC-via Steam from February 25 until June 3, 2021.

The delay has announced that the team had more time to balance the game’s systems and improve the overall quality. Additionally, the team is looking into improving the cutscenes and animations in-game for a better player experience.

The physical Limited Edition will now include a new art piece of the two main heroines.

Wing of Darkness puts players in the role of a group of young girls who must fight the Blanker that swarm the skies of Fräulein. The girls are equipped with mechanical wings on their backs, which provides them defensive and offensive abilities. They fight to protect their loved ones and any who can’t protect themselves.

Wing of Darkness takes players through a narrative-driven story where they’ll follow the cast of the character’s everyday lives and learn more about their personalities. However, it’s not all conversations and hanging out; at times, the girls will need to take on missions. Players can customize and equip each of the girls as they head out to build a mech that supports their playstyle.
