Yuri Visual Novel ‘OshiRabu: Waifus Over Husbandos’ Series Coming to Switch in 2022

SukeraSomero, the sister brand of SukeraSparo and developer Prototype, announced that the OshiRabu: Waifus Over Husbandos and its sequel OshiRabu: Waifus Over Husbandos – Love or Die will release on Nintendo Switch in 2022.

While a western release has not been confirmed at this time, the publisher has stated that the game will support text for Japanese, English, Chinese (simplified), and Korean. Further, Prototype developed games have typically been released in the west before, so we assume an announcement is on the way.

This version of the game will not include the adult scenes available for the PC version, which is available now.

OshiRabu: Waifus Over Husbandos tells the story of Akuru Hayahoshi, an otaku office worker who can’t seem to pull her husbando in a gacha game, which hits a little too close to home. However, one day, she meets Ren Furutachi, and after a series of misunderstandings, Akuru proposes to Ren, and now Ren is in love with Akuru. One thing leads to another, and now Akuru has gotten herself into a situation.

OshiRabu: Waifus Over Husbandos – Love or Die continues the yuri visual novel shenanigans as the otaku Akuru Hayahoshi lives with Ren Furutachi, who is still very obsessed with Akuru. After Akuru proposed to Ren on accident, the two met when she tried to pull a husbando from a gacha game. This led her to discover that Ren is ditzy, gullible, and very lucky.
