New Atelier Ryza 3 Paid DLC Adds Post-Game Rosca Region & 400 Gust Songs

Developer Gust and publisher Koei Tecmo have announced that new paid DLC is now available for their item-crafting turn-based JRPG, Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & The Secret Key on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.

Fans can now explore the new Rosca Island region, a locale full of white sandy plains. A new climate, items, World Quests, and special battle characteristics are featured here, alongside stronger demons.

The following note was provided regarding Rosca Island access:

In order to play the additional area ”Rosca Island”, Clear Data after completing the main game is required. Load the Clear Data and select “Just Before The Ending,” to play it immediately. If “New Game+” is selected, it can be played by heading to the Atelier after advancing to right before final stage of the main quest again. No voices are included in the additional events of this content.

Moreover, 400 Gust songs have been added as DLC, featuring other Atelier titles, Blue Reflection, Nights of Azure, and even Ciel Nosurge and Ar Nosurge. Tracks can be changed by examining the diary at the desk of an atelier.

If you own the Season Pass, you’ll obtain all of the aforementioned content automatically at no extra cost.

Lead writer Yashichiro Takahashi returned to write this third entry. Taking place a year after Ryza 2, the titular protagonist and her friends discover newly appearing islands near their home of Kurken Island. The party decides to investigate these mysterious happenings but ends up finding a gate within some ruins, with a voice wanting to lead Ryza to the Code of the Universe.

Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & The Secret Key is now available worldwide on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.

An Atelier Ryza anime was officially announced with a Summer 2023 premiere window.
