Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town Comes to PS4 in Japan July 2022; All DLC Included

PlayStation Japan has just announced that Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town will be coming to PlayStation 4 on July 28, 2022. Up until now, the game only saw release on the Nintendo Switch and on PC via Steam. No notice on whether this release will be localized was stated yet by XSEED, the localizers behind this entry.

In this special PS4 edition, the additional scenarios included in the “Expansion Pass”, which is downloadable content (DLC) for other consoles, are included. A video introducing the game, narrated by voice actor Daiki Yamashita was also published on PlayStation’s Blog.

Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town is the newest entry in the farming simulation series. During gameplay, players will learn the ins and outs of farm life as they take on odd jobs and gain new skills to produce healthy crops and livestock, which can be turned into profit.

Throughout the game, players will also meet townspeople who are possible love interests in the adventure. It’s also possible to start a family with this person and have a baby and ride across the environment on their animals.

Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive is currently available on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam.
