New Baldur’s Gate 3 Trailer Introduces Antagonist Lord Enver Gortash

During today’s Summer Game Fest event, Larian Studios revealed a new character trailer for their upcoming RPG, Baldur’s Gate 3. Following Duke Ravengard’s disappearance, the titular city’s new leader of sorts is Lord Enver Gortash. He’s the designer of the Steel Watchers, magical clockwork warriors crafted for city-wide defense. As a result, Enver is a rather crucial character, and he’s played by actor Jason Isaacs.

Baldur’s Gate is a complex locale with countless interconnected webs comprised of political power strife. Enver’s role as a major antagonist will make players question the city even more than before as plights become increasingly gray.
