Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker Delayed by Two Weeks for Quality Assurance

Square Enix announced that Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker has been delayed by 2 weeks, moving the release date to December 7, 2021, for the full launch. Early Access will begin on December 3, 2021.

The delay comes after the developer says the game needs additional quality assurance, which was affected by their work-at-home practice during the pandemic.

Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker has revealed two new character job classes so far, with the Sage and Reaper revealed. Further players will find level cap increases from 80 to 90, additional dungeons, small-scale PvP mode, and updates to the Gold Saucer.

It’s an expansion that players have been looking forward to and one that holds a lot of weight considering how well-received Shadowbringers was by the community.
