Iori Yagami Returns as MissX in SNK Heroines Tag Team Frenzy

NIS America announced a new character for the all-female tournament fighter SNK Heroines Tag Team Frenzy.

Entering the ring as DLC, Iori Yagami returns as MissX, a persona that he created while hosting the Queen of Fighters tournament in SNK Gals’ Fighters for the Neo Geo Pocket Color. As a playable character, MissX brings a new fighting style to the tournament that fans of Iori Yagami might not be used to.

MissX will become available on November 15 and will include an additional three costumes and two voice sets.

Additionally, a new trailer was revealed to give players a preview of MissX’s move set and costumes. However, it’s possible that this is just Iori playing a prank on everyone once again.

In case you missed it, Skullomania was also recently released as a playable female character. Yes, this title is now just gender-bending male characters for the sake of getting them in the game, but it’s kind of awesome.

SNK Heroines Tag Team Frenzy is available now for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.

Author’s take: We all knew the DLC for this game was going to keep coming and I don’t see it stopping anytime soon. With a huge line-up of characters, I think SNK has many more characters to bring into the ring so I’m excited to see who’s next.
