Adult Swim Greenlights New Anime from Cowboy Bebop Creator Called Lazarus; No Release Date Given

Adult Swim has always been a staunch believer in anime, even when it wasn’t as popular as it is today. Among those titles that they championed was Cowboy Bebop.

The anime has been a major influence on many creatives and entered into Western Pop Culture back when the idea was laughable.

Cowboy Bebop is good, there is no doubt about it, and Adult Swim has shown their faith in the anime community once again by green-lighting a new anime from Cowboy Bebop creator Shinichiro Watanabe.

This new series titled Lazarus will have a jazz and electronic score composed by many renowned artists in the genre and action scenes designed by Chad Stahleski, director of the popular John Wick films.

Currently, no further details were given about the plot or a possible release date. However, more details will become available as the anime gets further along in production.
