Magical Girl RPG This Way Madness Lies Announced Releasing July 25 on Nintendo Switch; Physical and PS5 Details Coming Soon

Limited Run Games is not new to taking older games and porting them to newer system, today they released a trailer featuring This Way Madness Lies for Switch and PS5. The game will be available on the Switch eShop on July 25, however there is currently no release date for the PS5 and physical version for the game, more details on those version are coming soon.

Originally released on Steam This Way Madness Lies is a magical girl RPG following seven girls who fight crime by jumping to various dimensions inspired by plays written by William Shakespeare. Players will assume the role of Imogen the leader of the Statford-upon-Avon High Drama society where she helps produce plays for her community, but by night she protects the innocent with her dimension hopping powers.

Players will explore various worlds and combat the creatures that have taken refuge inside each dimension, while keeping up with normal High School expectations. Letting players put on plays, hang out with their friends, and get a pet among other various activities to fill their time.

This Way Madness Lies releases on Nintendo eShop July 25 and is currently available on Steam. Ps5 and physical edition release dates will be announced at a later date.
