NieR Re[in]carnation Announced for Android and iOS

Square Enix wasn’t done after just announcing a NieR Replicant remaster because they had something else waiting in the wings, NieR Re[in]carnation. This is a new NieR project that is being developed by Applibot for iOS and Android devices.

The teaser trailer shown off with the game’s announcement has nothing in the way of gameplay or a release window but does showcase some of the game’s visuals. The title will follow the narrative created in the world of NeiR and we hope will include action RPG elements.

Currently, all that’s available for fans to stay updated on the project is an official website in Japanese and a Twitter account. There’s currently no news of a western release for the project, but the social teams are shying away from sharing their messages in English, which is a nice indicator that an official announcement is on the way.
