Puzzle & Dragons Launches Gintama Collaboration in the West

GungHo Online Entertainment has launched a new Puzzle & Dragons collaboration with Gintama, available now on iOS and Android devices.

The collaboration allows players to add form a party of classic Gintama characters including Gintoki Sakata, Kagura, and Shinpachi Shimura. There’s a new dungeon with six different difficulties for players to take on as they collect Justaway drops to exchange for select characters from the Monster Exchange. Taizou Hasegawa, Madao, can even drop as a rare drop during gameplay.

Players who log in during the event will receive a pull from the Gintama Memorial Egg Machine. The machine offers five and six-star characters. There are also various ways players can earn special event items through taking on dungeons. However, for those wanting to pass that all up, I’m sure you can find the premium store to easily spend some money.

Puzzle & Dragons is a free-to-play mobile RPG where players fight through dungeons and fight using an elemental matching mechanic. Players are able to collect and evolve their units as they become stronger and take on tougher quests.
