Hire of Whole Pavilion (per hour)  – £46.00 + VAT (£55.20)
(Resident discounts do not apply to Commercial Bookings)

Weddings and Large Functions

Hire of Whole Pavilion – 9am-Midnight – £600.00 + VAT (£720.00)
(Part day bookings are not permitted.)

The hire period will include an additional hour for you to clear away furniture and clean/tidy up the kitchen and main hall (from midnight to 1am).

In addition, a non refundable security bond fee is payable of £171.00 + VAT (£199.20).

Hire of Crockery & Cutlery

Small functions under 60 people – £60.00 + VAT (£72.00)*
Large functions over 60 people – £120.00 + VAT (£148.00)*
*Additional breakage charges applies.

Other Facilities

Marquee Placement – please discuss with the Pavilion Administrator.

Grass Pitches – £60.00 + VAT (£72.00)

Deposits

Deposits are payable in addition to the hire fees above and are not subject to VAT.

Deposits will be refunded upon inspection of the facilities, less any charges for additional cleaning or damages. Refunds of deposits will be made by direct bank transfer within two weeks of the end of the hire period.  You will be asked to provide us with your bank account number and sort code.

Children’s Party – under 12 years               Deposit – £50.00
– Ending by 6pm- no alcohol to be served

Children’s Party – 12-17 years                      Deposit – £100.00
– No alcohol to be served.  If alcohol is to be served, the party will be charged at the adult party rate.

Adult Party up to six hours                              Deposit – £150.00

Adult Party over six hours                               Deposit – £250.00

Weddings & Large Private Functions       Deposit – £250.00 *

* Please note, that should the booking be cancelled, the first £150 of the deposit on this type of booking is non-refundable to cover staff time in preparing for the event. A security bond will also be payable.

NB – If the Parish Council is required to cancel your booking due to Covid-19, the whole deposit will be refundable.
