Honkai Impact 3rd ‘Saha and Rebirth’ Version Update Releasing August 2023

HoYoverse has just announced that the Version 6.8 update of their Honkai Impact 3rd game will be coming next Thursday, on August 3, 2023. In this Version Update, titled Saha and Rebirth, Seele’s new S-rank Herrscher battlesuit will make its debut after the version update, along with the new main story full of twists and turns! Players can also reminisce about the shared journey of Saule and Veliona over the years, from the perspective of Seele as a Herrscher. From the orphanage to the Sea of Quanta–and now in the black and white worlds.

The story quest of Part 1.5 reaches its climax, as the Sage of the High Tower, who appeared as an enemy, is actually an abnormal stigma that willingly sacrifices herself to protect the worlds. The mysterious Hare, as a gamble, has opened a path forward for everyone with her very existence. Even the often-overlooked Susannah has mustered the courage and taken on significant responsibilities. Where will the future of Veliona and Saule lead?

Furthermore, Seele’s new S-rank Battlesuit [Herrscher of Rebirth] will board Hyperion. As a PSY-type Physical damage dealer, her combat style has her fighting side-by-side with summoned entities. She also has two forms: Soul Shaper and Life Binder, specializing in support and dealing damage respectively.

In Soul Shaper form, she plays a reliable support for the team, as her Ultimate lures enemies into a certain area and inflicts debuffs on them, reducing their Defense. Meanwhile, her teammates are guaranteed to heal critical hits when attacking. In Life Binder form, Seele acts as a damage dealer, she fights with her summoned entity, Flora, while wielding her scythe in close combat.

The limited-time event Drinking Shadow will also boost the exhilarating vibe. This event consists of 3 phases. Players playing the event for the first time can freely choose which side of the black and white worlds to progress. Besides, the first featured event this summer, Before the Endless Dream Ends, will also be coming in this Version Update, where the main objective is to defeat enemies and become the last winner by making good use of different cards.

Honkai Impact 3rd is set in a modern world corrupted by mysterious energy known as Honkai. A tenacious resistance formed by Valkyries, brave girls carrying anti-Honkai genes, leads humanity in a war of survival and fights for everything beautiful in the world.
