Yuri Cyberpunk Visual Novel ‘Synergia’ Teases Free Sunrise Expansion in New Trailer

Top Hat Studios revealed expansion DLC will be coming to the Radi Art-developed cyberpunk visual novel, Synergia, in development for consoles and PC via Steam.

The publisher released a teaser trailer showcasing some of the characters and CGs from the story. Synergia: Sunrise will release as free DLC and takes place one year after the events of the base game. Players can catch up with Cila and Mara and the repercussions of choices made during the main game.

This DLC will feature a dozen new backgrounds and CGs, with new sprites for each character. Further, a UI update has also been added along with three new music tracks.

Synergia tells the story of Cila, a veteran cop with a chip on her shoulder. However, things begin to change when a friend replaces her broken-down house droid as a favor with a newer android model named M.A.R.A. What follows is a relationship that builds between the two as Cila’s toughed exterior begins to weaken. Throughout the story, Cila and Mara’s relationship grows until a technological giant named Velta Labs gets wind of Mara’s existence and takes an interest in her.
