EVO Sets 2024 Dates for Japan & US

Today has been the final day for EVO, concluding with the recent announcements for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collaboration and a new character for Street Fighter 6.

EVO has announced the dates for the US and Japan tournaments, including the locations for both events. The Japan tournament will be held in Ariake Gym-Ex in Tokyo, Japan, from April 27 to April 29. The official website for the event has already gone live with the dates and the venue.

Then, EVO will once again take place in Las Vegas, but the date has been moved ahead by a few weeks. The event will run from July 26 to July 28. There is currently no further information about the venue, yet this information will become live as we get closer to the new event. The official website will be updated with the 2024 schedule when it has been finalized.

EVO is the largest fighting game tournament in the world, with this year’s event having the most contestants for the event as well as possibly the world. The event has been such a draw for tourists to Nevada that the governor of Nevada has declared August 6 as EVO day to respect the occasion.
