China Hero Project Action RPG ‘The Winds Rising’ Announced for PS5; By ‘F.I.S.T.: Forged in Shadow Torch’ Developer

During the latest ChinaJoy event, Sony Interactive Entertainment and developer TiGames announced their new PlayStation 5 action RPG, The Winds Rising. This title is part of the China Hero Project’s third phase, with the prior phases producing titles like Anno: Mutationem and Lost Soul Aside. Additionally, this particular studio is known for the Metroidvania-action game F.I.S.T.: Forged in Shadow Torch.

The following is a synopsis of the game shared by Gematsu:

“The Winds Rising is a story-driven action RPG developed by TiGames. It follows the journey of a girl from a peaceful village who embarks on a grand adventure after she encounters a lost monster cub, which affects the rise and fall of the entire kingdom.

Her fate is in the player’s hands. Players can look forward to a refreshing and smooth combat experience, an immersive and captivating story, and a world of ever-changing adventure.”
