Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy Sells Over 2.3 Million Units Worldwide

Capcom has listed its Platinum Titles list, revealing updated sales figures for various games. Of note is that Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy has now sold over 2.3 million units worldwide. Oddly, the collection’s description on the Platinum Titles list doesn’t state its Xbox availability.

The collection was confirmed to have sold 2.1 million units in June 2023, so roughly 200,000 additional units have been sold since.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy is available on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices.

In case you missed it, check out our announcement coverage of Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy, comprising a trailer and screenshots.

The package features the fourth, fifth, and sixth mainline entries of the Ace Attorney franchise; Apollo Justice: Ace AttorneyPhoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies, and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice, respectively.

Taking place seven years after Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Trials and TribulationsApollo Justice joins the fray as a new defense attorney who finds himself grappling with the Dark Age of the Law, causing seemingly irreparable corruption across court proceedings and verdicts. Alongside the ever-familiar Phoenix Wright and new allies, the cast tries to bring stability to their clients’ lives in the wake of this chaos, even if Apollo battles multiple demons of his past in the process.

It is a bit odd that this is titled as an Apollo trilogy seeing as two of the three games here have Phoenix’s name on the title, but I’m sure not complaining. Apollo’s my favorite character in the franchise, so seeing him get respect is neat.

Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy will launch for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Windows and Steam in early 2024.
