Samurai Shodown Rollback Netcode Update Releasing September 2023
SNK has announced that the highly anticipated rollback netcode update for their fighting title, Samurai Shodown, will launch in September 2023. No precise date was given.
This update was previously delayed to Summer 2023 back in May of this year.
Samurai Shodown is a reboot of the 2D fighting game series by presenting it with a new 3D graphical look. However, the developer has worked hard to retain the classic fantasy Samurai manga look of the series. Samurai Shodownis set in the late 18th century after the events of Samurai Showdown V and prior to the events of the original game. Each of the fighters has a personal mission which leads them to encounter many of their former foes.

Samurai Shodown is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Epic Games Store.
